Got your PM. Just never seem to be able to respond to those, so I am psoting here. I will keep it general and brief, since I am not sure how much of this you want public. Please be sure if you are forbiddent to obtain Ecuadorian Permanent Residency, or is the limitation placed simply on not obtainign Ecuadorian citizenship. Because th eformer, still allows you to remain a USA citizen and you can travel very freely back and forth, especially after the first two years.
