visa time true or not true?

Hi,
Im an expat living in Panama.I am wanting to move to Ecuador.I have contacted several lawyers about the investment visa and they all have told me it takes only 60 days to get it.I'm not saying lawyers dont always tell the truth but,would like to hear from others hoe quickly they recieved thiers.Also I have read on here that it can sometimes take forever to get your deed to a property .It would also be nice to hear what that expierence has been for some who have already been there done that.
