Visa question

I am considering moving to Salinas. I keep reading about visas and I guess the question I have is can without a visa can I head to Ecuador for 2 months then return to Canada for a week or two and then return to Ecuador, all year long? are there any restrictions? My company is located in Canada and my plan is run everything over VOIP and the internet. Thanks
