Internet & Phone Service in Manta

I was thrilled to see a detailed response explaining some of the in's and outs of hooking up the internet service and celll phone services. I am also shipping our dog. Does anyone have a tip regarding the airline that caters to animals? Leaving from LAX to Manta. Ed and I are moving into Brias Del Mar in January. We will need internet and cell phone service. We need all the tips we can get from our X-pat friends. I was in Manta when the government had a hiccup. I wasn't the least bit concerned. I knew we were in good hands, safe and sound.
