Getting married in Ecuador

Hi! I am moving to Ecuador on Feb 1st (only five weeks left!) to marry my fiance, quien es ecuatoriano. I wondered if anyone else has gone through this process and had any advice?

(I am aware of the basics - the papers needed, the 75-day waiting period, etc.)
