Luggage Embargo, Summer 2011

Hello,

While searching the Interweb it seems that the summer luggage embargo periods fluctuate at the Mariscal Sucre International Airport.

Can anyone confirm the dates for the summer 2011 embargo period? The best I could find is that the embargo is in effect for the period from June 3 to August 31.

I plan to confirm with the airline but I want to be sure I get my information from someone in Ecuador before I speak with what may be temporary help on a customer service line.
