Some of you have expressed an interest in a house I have mentioned more than once in Salinas. It is still for sale. The owner sent exterior pics but I wont be able to post them. I will not have time to follow up on any private e-mails on this subject
I have only met this woman (owner) once in Quito and cannot vouche for her personaly. Always use an attorney for a purchase. I cannot copy & paste the 5 pages of details in the attachments so here is her e-mail below. If I had chosen Salinas instead of Bahia I would have bought this place.
I dont know what she'll say it costs now but dont let that put you off. Understand what it is really worth and offer that or less. I know what I would have & could have paid but I have to stay out of this one since it is my sister-in-laws friend. This place is a very large concrete ranch with large porch, ground keepers/security house, and a building with 3 rentals in it which is probably where the presidents group stayed. (when I looked at it the main house and rentals were all full.) Custom design concrete ceilings, 2" hardwood closet doors, ect... very classy and nice. Beach is about a 4 block straight shot I think and it borders the military base.
She does not speak or write any english.
