Freedom of speech - Ecuador

In May there is a vote for a referendum that includes several issues. One is the communications laws which if approved will put much more power with the government in terms of censorship. Correa has made no bones about it in not liking the press and calling them corrupt. While generally the press has been more right leaning, I personally think they present valid material.
