Health Insurance

Hey everyone,

I was wondering about health insurance for someone not living on the coast. I will be living in Riobamba. It is my understanding that basically it's hospital dependent health insurance? Does any health insurance companies in Ecuador have a med evac policies? Trying to get all the info I can before the big move in 2 weeks! Thanks
