Looking for a place

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to spend about 6 wks/2 mths in Ecuador this summer. I'm an undergrad senior and I need to take my GMAT exam this fall. I figured it would be nice to seclude myself to a nice, quiet beach house in South America to study! I'm going with a friend who also has an exam to study for, so we're looking for a 2 bedroom on a quiet/ non-touristy beach for as little as possible.

From my searches so far, I can see that most places are inflating their prices to gringos. I was hoping I could find some help here. My requirements are:

On the beach
2 bdrm/any bath
Quiet area
$500-$600 max
