Help a disabled visitor to Cuenca

Can you help this person, please:

My wife and I are planning to go to Cuenca Ecuador in September for two weeks. She is wheelchair bound and we would like to take her electric wheelchair. We are flying to Guayakil and taking ground transportation to Cuenca. Are there any vehicles that could transport an electric wheelchair to Cuenca and are there wheelchair vans or cars in Cuenca that are for hire.
