ALTERNATIVE FREIGHT FORWARDERS TO CUENCA

My post in mid May magically disappeared. Does anyone know of alternative relocation services offered to ship a container through to Cuenca customs? Not naming names, I have only located two that return phone calls and emails, both of which give an estimate for the last leg of the journey costing as much to move a container from Guyaquil to Cuenca as the move from my home in the US to Guyaquil. Call me suspicious but this seems EXCESSIVE!. Surely there has to be reasonable freight forwarding pricing from someone, somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.....
