Moving to Cotacachi

We just returned home from Ecuador. We bought a house in Cotacachi. We intend to move there next April or May.
We had one realtor tell us that the buyers pay the realtors commission of five percent. Other realtors told us that wasn't true. We didn't have to pay the five percent So be careful crooks are everywhere. I won't tell you the name of the realtor that tried to screw us out of five percent But I will tell you that we usedDale Oelrich of eagle and Condor. Everything went perfectly. Just wanted to let everyone know
