One of the rumors about him is that a couple who bought from him,had an argument with him and then when they took possession of the house,he had put cement down the toilet and sinks to ruin the plumbing

I am trying desperatley to extradite him. I do have the Attorney's General office finally admitting some evidence into motion. His wife received a partial payment in Miami to to a bank account so that gave us the right to bring in the hammer from the USA to pressure the authorities here. We did use a higher judge to get 8,000 from his bank account but the other $40,000 is going to be tough. With your permission I would like to use your story without mentioning your name... More people like you are coming forward with more evidence. I have a better chance now he will do time in Ecuador or the USA... The victim in the case died of cancer already and his wife Maureen and his sister Linda wants her husband to rest knowing we went after him and nailed him.. Your story today with two other people in the last 72 hours are mailing me more evidence of real estate fraud.. If there is anyone else that has any dealings in Crucita Ecuador with a gentleman by the name of James Cheek please come forward .. I will be discreet about using your name with the authorities. I did go down there before he wired some of the money and confronted him.. He runs the whole town on top of the hill. He took out his cell phone when I got in his face and he pressed #2 on his phone and told the police I was on top of the hill on his property and he has another Gringo harassing him about money again. I jumped in my car and he stuck his leg out in front of the door so I could not close it because he knew if he kept me on his property I would be in fault and go to jail. My other two companions that I take on these cases removed him from the side of my car so I could proceed down the hill. I met the police as they were turning toward the bottom of the hill and showed them the proof of the real estate fraud transaction. There remarks were just a shrug of the shoulders and said in Spanish this is not the first time this happened and won't be the last.
