computer problem

HELP! My computer keeps getting a message that I have a problem with my account and tells me where it is etc.. I can copy the notes to be sent to the programmers to fix it, but it gives no address as to where to send the information. Does anyone know that address please. It is keeping me from getting to my account for messages.
