American Airlines, Continental need to get it together

For thirty years I have used American and Continental for my trips back and forth between the states and Ecuador.

On my recent trip I took LAN back to the states. There is no way that American or Continental even compare in quality or service. LAN seems to have really got the formuila together for an outstanding airline. From the appearance of the flight staff, to the food, and what is available on board in coach is miles ahead of American or Continental.
