Spanish Lessons in Cuenca

My wife and I would like to move to Cuenca sometime in the next year. In the meantime I would like to come down to Cuenca for a month in mid-October and take beginning or beginners Spanish lessons. I have seen several “Spanish Language Schools” advertised on the internet, but I am in hopes that some of you Expats in Cuenca have had firsthand experience with Spanish lessons. Perhaps some of you folks will be kind enough to point me in the right direction.

Assuming Spanish lessons matter can be resolved, suggestions as to living accommodations in Cuenca for a month, while I am taking the lessons, would be of great appreciated. Help regarding these matters will certainly be of assistance. Thank you in advance.
