Hostal/Apartment That takes dogs?

I am moving to Cuenca in Dec and am looking for a temp living situation of 1-2 months that would allow 2 smallish dog (15 & 25 lbs). I would like a kitchen if possible. I really don't want to spend more than $550 a month. I also need a fast internet connection. Thanks for any help.
