Immigration Offices in Quito

Arrive Quito Oct 5. I already have my 12-IX visa. Need to register it in Quito before traveling on to Cuenca. Does anyone know where there is a nice hotel near an immigration office so I can get registered in 1 day? I'd also like to have a translator/guide with me to ease the process. Thanks in advance for your replies.
