Need advise on CuencaRealEstate.com

Hello, Can anyone tell me if CuencaRealEstate.com is a trusted source to work with on purcahsing real estate in EC? Are their prices of real estate listed fair and accurate?

On one hand, the fact that they charge buyers 1-2% fee on the sale price of the property is a red flag.

On the other hand, they specialize in expats buying property in Cuenca and will hold your hand through the process. This can be invaluable to someone who has no conenctions in EC, knows nothing about purcahsing forein proerpty, and doesn't speak/write/read Spanish.

I appreciate any advice you can provide. Have you worked with them or know someone who has? What's the word on the street about them? Have you worked with a trusted realtor and lawyer to buy proerpty in Cuenca?
