Immigration Status & Ecuadorian Back Ground Check

I was at the Nacional Policia Department this morning to get a criminal print out on myself for a Bond and they could not because it was the option of myself to tell Immigration to leave my middle name out which they did however my Cedular citizenship card says my middle name on it... So its best to leave your middle name on it.. I have to go in the morning to change it...I did stop by Immigration and things look like its starting to kick in a little bit...... all 6 windows were open and everyone was pushing files in the new offices for processing... You have to file a application to check on status now... just for future reference for anyone who says your attorney checked on you the same day is lying... It takes 5 to 7 days for checking your status we just did 5 clients the other day... They will give you a print out that is called a Certificado and will tell you in process or rejected...... It will not tell you anything else... Make sure when your lawyers says they checked on you tell them to send you proof of the Certificado thru Sevientrega Xpress so you can see for yourself ... we do that to all our clients.... Don't believe your lawyer until you have that in your hands...
