Ecuadorians left Spain owing allot of debts to Spain. Bank of Pinchincha is going to purchase all the past due collection paper in Spain and bring it back to Ecuador to go after them. They are going to sue retro active 12% percent per annum and add on collection and admin fees. The American Collectors Association and Equifax feel its unethical to bring collection paper from one country to another. Allot of Ecuadorians were deported during that time. Many of our relatives will have to do quick trust deeds and sign over there rights to other relatives in the next 30 days to protect there properties in Ecuador. Germany is going to follow suit with the USA. They are going to be the Collection Police in Europe and report back to the USA.. It takes two years and piles of paperwork to send money out of England now.. Ecuador did not agree on IRS issues and will not cooperate with the USA on issues concerning IRS Fraud, Federal and StateTax Liens, Child Support, and Child Abduction... Obama is going to open a watch Dog Agency to monitor Americans leaving the country with money... They are trying to pass a law to charge a penalty fee to send over certain amounts.. I produced a fake Ecuadorian tax document to him that I made up and told him that my Ecuadorian wife was in deportation status and we have to pay off tax liens in Ecuador to stop her from being deported so she could stay in the good ole USA... He never asked anymore questions and felt sorry for my wife in addition waived my International fees for me...
