626069185est has most valuable information

We all need to heed the advice of 626069185est .
I met him in person September 1, and was impressed with both him and his Ecuadorian wife Nora, when I arranged to stay at their hotel in Quito, as my flight arrived too late at night for commuter flight and bus or taxi ride.
I left a day early, in order to see them both again, and to stay at their hotel, quitohotelbonanza.com.
My wife and I finally found the exact property that we liked, but my wife wanted to return home, think about it and look at our finances, before committing to buy. This would normally require me to return to Ecuador, as all such transactions must be registered in Quito.
Rather than make another trip, I made arrangements at the Ecuadorian Consulate in Atlanta, Georgia, to name Nora, the bilinual Ecuadorian wife of
626069185est , as my Power of Attorney, specifically to sign my name to purchase this particular proprty.
I had a draft copy of the "Promise To Pay" agreement, which had a few typos to correct, plus an error in the price. This was all corrected, and approved as a draft copy.
I sent the Power of Attorney, and a two party Cashier's Check, made out to both Nora, and the owner. When Nora read and approved the paperwork, she was to sign my name and endorse the check over to the owner.
HOWEVER, there was a couple of changes in the paperwork, plus an extra $24,000 cost. Nora insisted on these items being corrected, before she would sign it. The corrections were made, and the check signed over.
Nora did a much better job than I could have done and brought a couple of governmental officials with her. I advise any expats buying property in Ecuador to contact
626069185est, and to ask for the assistance of his wife Nora; regardless of how many attorneys, and realtors are involved. She saved me 90% of the cost of an airline ticket, plus $24,000, and untold grief and misunderstandings.
Nora seems to speak their language in more ways than one, and I paid her a very nominal fee for her services, and will be eternally grateful to her for her services.
