Veterinary care for cats in Equador

I'm thinking about moving to Equador, Cotacachi in particular, and will be bringing my cats with me. My concern is Vet care for them, does anyone know if there is such care available, and on what level given that I am used to the Vet care in Florida. Thanks in advance!
