shopping for certain items

I am living in Olon and would like to find where I can get the certain items.

1. Is it possible to buy fragrance-free laundry soap? If so, what is the brand and where?
2. Where can I get linens that are of reasonable quality?
3. Where can I get vegetable and herb seeds?
4. Where can I get Asian seasonings (such as red curry paste, fish sauce, toasted sesame seed oil, etc.)? I did not see these at Super-Maxi. I have heard that there is a town up the coast that has a large Asian population. Is that true and has anyone done any shopping there? If so, can you find items like tofu, soy milk, etc.?
