Anyone have any suggestions on how to actually get through to 'customer relations' at LAN regarding a cancelled flight? Every time we try the appropriate phone number (we've been given 2-3 by the regular 'customer service/reservations' people because they can't help) we end up with either a dial tone or dead air when hitting the 'option' we were directed to choose!? We had gotten insurance for our flights thankfully--husband ended up in ER then Intensive Care for right up until we were supposed to be flying, so obviously trip at that point was out of the question. Problem is, for the ins co I need a print out of our tickets...and we'd made a change to the tickets and paid all the extra costs...but never received a 'corrected' receipt,etc from LAN...and now I can't seem to get hold of anyone who can help me get this! I'm about to go bonkers...been trying for over a week to get through..and the last phone number I was given to call is NOT a toll-free number so it's costing me money each time I call and get no where! Any ideas????
