Quito to Cuenca shared van service

Does anyone have any info on van service leaving Quito to arrive in Cuenca? I am arriving in Quito on March 4th in the evening, and I need to get to Cuenca either that night or the next day. My dos amigos, Chispita y Pepito, are the reason I am not flying. They are 2 small, almost well behaved chihuahuas that usually demand the best!
