The Whole Immigration Process from start to Finish

1)Your birth certificate, Proof of Income, and a simple criminal back ground check.. However if your married and coming with your spouse you do not need your birth certificate only the marriage license is needed... Do not get into any divorce discussions.. Otherwise you will need to show proof of a divorce decree..Make it short sweet and simple... 2) Notarize and apostile those documents at the Secty of State. 3) Go to the nearest Ecuadorian Consular and Certify your application with the Silver Sticker. It will be a certification However please read this next comment ((( Note Very Important))) Each page has to be stamped and this is the biggest problem we are facing.. The workers there don't care and allot of times they don't stamp the back of each document.... The case worker has to stamp the back with a purple stamp and sign off on it... We have three files we are sending back to Miami to correct... We are having big problems with the consular in Houston Texas.. They are telling clients they need a medical exam which is incorrect .. We called the director in Miami and he is going to put a handle on it.. The electronic filings will be in full effect on April 2.. The problem is the data entry clerks in Quito do not speak or write in English and they had many problems when trying out the system last month.. Example::: They key in wrong information and it could take a few extra months to correct your place of birth and mother and fathers place of birth or put your middle name as your first name... Once you land we can provide you with a bank account in 72 hours..
