Coming to Cuenca for the winter from Portland, OR. I have sooo many questions!

Where can I meet fellow ex-pats?
What's the best language school? (for two hours/day)
Where do you go running? Do you see runners in Cuenca?
Where do you work out?
How is the Internet service? (I'll need it to check in with work.)
Does anyone use vonage for a US-based number?
How long does a 3-6 mos. visa take?
What's the best section of town for someone seeking a pedestrian lifestyle?
How do you meet the locals?
What's like being single in Cuenca?
Is there a place for yoga?
What kind of dancing is available?
