THE SUSAN BOYLE OF ECUADOR............................................................................
She has a severe case of Asperger's Disorder and Autism... Before she sang her song......................................Nobody expected her to say these words.................................. I'm here to give voice to the ones who have no voice...... For the Ears who can't hear.... For the Eyes to the ones who can't see... and the feet to the ones who can not walk... The People with discapacaties like mine have the rights to also accomplish our dreams... My mother died when I was young...I did not know what kind of disease I had. The American and European Doctors helped me discover myself with other ideas such as singing. I know I can not control my actions and have no expressions at times. I will continue to fight for everyone with dissabilites. We are no different from you. We are the same. I transmit my feelings thru the music I sing ............................................... She sang a song about a women who accidently died and left a man alone who could never smile again...The crowd went wild...>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Today I went to my wifes hometown of San Jose de Minas. 40 minutes before you arrive to Otavalo in a small town of 15,000. The Ecuadorians told me a story about the Americans coming here in the 1960's and 70's.. The pointed to the South torward Quito and said they saw them walking over the mountain of Atalayapa chewing bubble gum with smiles on there faces They called themselves the Peace Corps. They had money to help us build schools and homes for everyone and gave us Penicillin for the whole town... They held my hand looked into my eyes and said thank you for your fathers and mothers who came here. Then they started to cry because they were so overwhelmed of not understanding why so many of us helped them so many years ago. They took out a gallon of Sugar Cane Moonshine and drank a shot and handed it to me and said today we give thanks to the Peace Corps. Today is a good day to be a proud American............ I thought I would never miss the good ole USA again but as they say never say never... I lift my glass to all my fellow Americans and salute you.
