Getting ordained from the U.S. to marry two Expats IN Ecuador

Ok, odd situation here so bear with me while I explain.

I'm from Colorado, my brother and his fiance are also both from Colorado but have moved to Ecuador. They have been living there for a bit over a year now and have no real plans to return to the U.S. except for visiting family and friends.

They have planned to get married next summer and asked me to marry them. I'm honored but I have *NO* idea where to even begin looking. I've found plenty of place that will ordain me but none that specifically talk about being ordained in the U.S. but conducting a marriage in a foreign country. Neither of them are Catholic so trying to find a local church to marry them is kind of out of the question.

Can someone please point me in the right direction? Do I talk to someone in the Colorado government, the Ecuadorian government, etc?

I'm a bit lost, please help!
