Uh Oh ~ Carl's Jr at the Paseo Mall

We were so excited to have this burger joint here at the mall in Salinas -- and grant you the burgers are good.

But their refill policy? Totally Bogus!!! The clean up kids tossed my cup (which still had soda in it) and when I went to the manager at Carl's to get another cup, they refused.

Carls is saying they are not at fault and should not stand behind their refill policy because they keep a "cup count" --

The Manager of Carls insists that the kid who may have thrown out the cup pay for a whole new drink. Yeah, the kid who cleans the tables for $1.50 an hour should cover the butt of the guy who is the MANAGER of the Carl's Burger. Oh and the drink is $1.54

And now I am sharing that with all of you -- use the info as you wish, but they have now lost at least 1 gringa customer... Anyone want some KFC?
