Ecuador Forum posting guidelines

To the forum's moderators or other well-informed individuals:

I notice that two active threads went missing from the Ecuador forum today.

GMO disaster. Not for trolls....

I can only surmise that the content of those threads may have resulted in their removal. If that is the case, I'd truly like to fully understand the posting guidelines.

The only info I can find is at http://www.expatexchange.com/ee.cfm?pageid=30&networkid=39

The first thread cited above does not seem to meet any of the prohibitive criteria. Can someone please provide a comprehensive posting guideline?
