I find this commical

One of my spies, who lives in the land of the crazies, turned me on to the following post on the Panama forum. Apparently dunmovn isn't done moving quite yet.

Hope springs eternal for all those in Cuenca, but what will those ladies in the immigration office (which is only a block from dunmovn's house) do once he's not there to pester them? They'll probably have to lay off half the staff.

It is a simple matter of finding a good lawyer and applying for your VISA here. You need $1250 lifetime income if you are bringing your wife along with you. $1000 for you and $250 for dependents.

Canvas your lawyers on line, by e-mail or ask here on the forum for a group of lawyers that you can interview for pricing, and hear about their work.

There are a great many good lawyers in Panama and there are some that are not so good. Mostly the bad ones are the inexperienced ones and the ones who take on too much work and don't spend enough time on service with clients.........They never get back to you and take far too long to get anything done......pJ

Dunmovin- those folks in Eucuador tired of you on the Expat Exchange of Eucuador? Are you not DUN Moving? I do NOT live down there but monitor various sites because of my interest in where I would want to move. The two I most monitor are Panama and Occasionally Eucuador. You were always the expert in EC giving all who came your Expert opinion
