Requirements for Real Estate Investors Visa

REQUIREMENTS FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTOR VISA

1. Petition letter in Spanish, requesting the visa, written by a lawyer, and including a copy of his/her law credential. (included in my fee)

2. Completed application form for the visa, including a color photograph of the applicant

3. Notarized color copy of the picture page of the passport

4. Police report covering at least the last five years, apostilled or certified at an Ecuadorian consulate in your home country. This must be translated into Spanish.

5. Certificate of Moviemiento Migratorios. (Document obtained at the immigration police office, showing your entries and exits from the country.)

6. A certified copy of the title/deed to the property that you have purchased, which has been registered at the proper municipal facility.

7. Original certificate and updated domain history and levies on behalf of the applicant issued by the Land Registry of the respective Canton.

8. Original letter from property tax, stating the commercial value of the property for a minimum amount of USD $25,000, increasing by $500 for each family member seeking a visa.

9. Notarized copy of the visa stamp in your passport from when you entered the country.

10. Notarized copy of the current visa you are on from your passport.
