Ecuador Consulate in MIAMI

I'm planning a trip to the Consulate here next week and would sure appreciate you sharing any experiences you've had with them; tips, bewares, things to make sure I bring.

I'm bringging all my paperwork in prep for applying for a Pensioners Residency, including Apostiled Birth Certificate, Apostiled Criminal Record, Social Security Benefit Letter, passport photos, passport color copies (Notarized) for them to review and advise what else I need to begin the Residency process in May in Ecuador.

Anything I'm missing? I want to take care of what I need to here, but only what MUST be done so I can do the balance of the work more inexpensively there while supporting the local economy.
