Obtaining USA Phone Parts and MagicJack in Quito

Hello, first post. Thanks for reading... sorry if there are two posts. I didn't see the first attempt pop up amongst the messages after posting.

In Quito, Ecuador I am trying to obtain a tiny interior electronic part for my broken HTC Evo Android smart phone so I can at least take a few photos of my travels. I've been told HTC doesn't even export to Quito, so my chances sound slim. Before I ordered the part online, I wanted to check here. I've already been to several cell phone repair shops.

The second question is about MagicJack. The company (per their website) only ships these phones around the USA. But, can a new one be obtained in Quito, Ecuador. If not, where's a good place to look for a used one?
