Not just for newbies

The forum is not just for newbies. And I really hope it doesn't' evolve into that. Other wise it's just a shark tank full of lurkers hoping to snag new clients. I love the additional information that's posted here-- not just where, how, and when to move Ecuador.

For example, I want to know when a new expat restaurant or hostel opens. When a new and more secure Internet service has arrived. What kind of useful apps are available for expats. What "new magicjack" type product is out there. If the police or the government has changed anything. How does the immigration office feel today? Will they take away the extra phone and computer I'm sneaking in next month, or not. ...Have there been updates for Visa requirements. Short cuts. Best locations for..... anything...anything at all. If someone has a bad or good experience with a doctor or hospital or dentist or vet. If jalapeno peppers have arrived in the markets, where to find a dog trainer, organic eggs, good pizza. Where to buy a truck. How many Gringos will keep coming... what do they think....where are they going....What's the latest land scam.

Reality Internet. The good the bad and the ugly. This forum lets me know what I didn't even know I needed to know.

The regular posters...most of them are rock stars. Why the h.. they continue to offer their time and attention to others who don't even say thank you..I'll never know.

But I'm going to keep tuning in.
