Funeral Home Information

I live in Cotacachi and there is a funeral home in Ibarra who has helped more than a few expats. Does anyone know the name of this funeral home and phone number (and location for the taxi driver) Special permits are needed to move the body out of Imbabura province to Quito where the nearest cremation facility is? .Anyone know the name, phone number and where this facility is located? (for the taxi driver) It's not that the gov't is trying to make it hard, it's just not something that is socially or religiously practiced here. I'm not going to simply research online, I want to try to talk to somebody in the funeral industry. THANK YOU....
