Any families?

Hi! I am a teacher for a private online school based out of the United States, but I have students from around the world. I had plans to bring 5 students to Cuenca for four weeks in May, but now four of the five students have dropped out. I have only one students who is coming on this trip, a boy who's 13 years-old. He was hoping to make friends and improve Spanish. So, I am switching gears from having the students stay in a hotel because that will be so boring for this kiddo without any other students. I am hoping to find a family (any nationality) with a boy around his age (13) who will host him for four weeks. Alternatively, the family can have their son stay with us (I am planning now to rent an apartment). Ideally, we can make arrangements for my student to shadow the host kiddo at school and other activities. We can work out payment to offset cost to the host family if my students stays with them. Also, after the four weeks in Cuenca, we are going to travel through the Andes for 2 weeks. The host kiddo can come along. After the two weeks in the Andes, we will be in the Galapagos and then we will be 2 weeks in Salinas. Again, we can work out something for the host student to come along. I am open to suggestions and ideas. Thanks for your help!

Oh, by the way, I was just got back to the States from three weeks in Cuenca. I am planning to move there at the end of the summer. I am so excited! I will probably be pestering you all for tips and hints.
