Visit during Christmas?

We are doing a scouting trip and it is most convenient for me to schedule it between late Dec and mid Jan (delayed by over a year due to the world going sideways). We plan to fly into GYE and do some day trips before heading to the coast.
I know that holidays are important and don't expect anything to be open Dec 24-25, but are the tours and guides operating normally outside of those days? If everything closes up for a week between Christmas eve and New Years day, I'll reconsider my dates.
