Hi, I'm Tori.

Like another posted I saw post recently, I am a US citizen. I am a veteran, and lived abroad while stationed overseas in my younger years. My country is very quickly becoming hostile to me (LGBTQ+), and am looking for somewhere else to live. I saw Ecuador listed on several sites for its low cost of living, friendliness, as well as other things, and wanted to check it out. So here I am, checking it out :-)

I'm not quite retirement age, and don't get around the best due to injuries in my younger years, and would likely be moving fast to a new area. I'm very much an outdoorsy type person, and enjoy rural living more than city living any time.

I do not speak Spanish, but am always willing to learn. I learn best with immersion. I do speak some German, but don't ask me to write it. I would prefer bringing my jeep with me, and just drive to Ecuador, but honestly, I don't know if its feasible to do so. I currently live in Florida, and I doubt I could afford the drive.
