My name is Michelle and I will be moving to Cairo in order to attend the American University in Cairo. I was hoping that someone could give me some tips about living in Cairo. I really love my independence in the U.S. and I am afraid that I won't be able to live by myself in Cairo...can single women live in Cairo apartments? Any tips about great apartments or how to find an apartment. I'd appreciate any advice or anecdotes you can throw my way. I am so excited to move to Cairo...what an adventure!
