need help renting a apartment/office

Dear Expats,
My name is Tom Miller, I own a small company in USA. I am looking for a flat in Nasr City that I can rent for about 1500-2000 LE.

I will pay you if you can help me locate a good apartment and help with some tasks. I won't live in the flat, I have hired some Egyptian graduates from Ain Shams University who are doing computer programming for me and they will be working in the flat as computer programmers.

I really need some help and I would be glad to pay. Please let me know if you are available to help, or if you know somebody who is trustworthy who I can hire for setting this up.

The main tasks are:
Find/Rent suitable flat for 1500-2000 LE
Order some small furnishings (desks, lamps)
Order small office supplies (pens, papers, staplers, scissors)
Order DSL
