Job offer from Egaypt!

I have got an offer with net Salary 1300 Euro ( 10000 LE). Insurance and transport are offered from the company. In the firstsix months the company will cover the half of the rent fees. I chose to live in Heliopolis. The yearly bonus will go from 2 to 4 supplementary salaries. Is this offer good? They ensured me for the second year a car, since in the first year, the transport from and to the company is ensured.

I would ask you some important questions:

A flat with two rooms, living room, balcony , Bathroom in Heliopolis... What does it cost ?

Can I save a lot alone in the first year, because I would like to mary the year after.

I would be grateful to you when you answer as soon as possible my questions.
