Looking for employment

Does anybody have any advice as to how I would go about finding work in Cairo? I will be moving next August after I purchase property and would like some hints on what would be the best approach. I am an office manager and my Egyptian arabic is quite basic. I am not looking for an excessive salary but I would like to be comfortable. Any help or advice on citizenship and taking pets to Cairo would also be welcomed.
