Internships in Cairo - any suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I'm a last year university student from Finland. I've to do my internship abroad (i study international business management) and I would love to spend a few months in Egypt. I've never been there so it would be a new world for me. I don't speak Arabic so would it be very tough to find an internship there? just an unpaid one.
And do you know many international companies in Cairo?
