Moving to Cairo

We are moving to Cairo mid Jan next year, i've been doing some research on house to rent, living in Cairo through CSA and bnayat. However i get a little confused with the areas, can anyone please help me what is the different of Maadi (old), Maadi Digla, Maadi Saryate, Katameya Heights? Are they in one area (near each other?) I've checked on google earth and only found Maadi. Thanks for any feedback.
