American International School vs. CAC

I am moving to Cairo in June. I am an Australian Citizen and need advise on Schools. Me and my wife chose CAC but there is a waiting list and dont know when our children will get admitted. They have been admitted to Amrican International School in Egypt. How is AISE as compared to CAC?
