Having a baby in Cairo

Hello,
I am expecting my third child end of July/ start of August. My other children were born in UK hospitals and was wondering if anyone could offer advice on what options were available here that would not been too much of culture shock for me. I am afraid of hospitals and doctors so smaller clinics or kind professional doctor reccomendations would be greatly recieved.
